I need someone to calculate radiomic score (RS) from a given CT scan image using Python. The image already segmented using Python code (*.npy). I will provide original CT image (*.npy) and the segmentation masks (*.npy) in npy array. Note that the segmentation file contains both the tumor (should be the first layer of array) and the ring structure mask (should be the second layer).
Now, need to find RS from the segmentation. If you need formula or reference Article (journal) how to calculate RS, I can give the article.
