Radiogenomics for Breast oncology

With the underlying principle of Radio genomics, this research proposes a system for breast image analysis which detects the breast tumor using Radio genomics technique. The goal of this research is to find the
associations between qualitative and quantitative information extracted from clinical images and clinical data, using associated Genomics to understand the genetic profile of the disease.
