Radar acquired Data needs to be compressed before being send over some communication protocol. Huffman coding is a possibility, using the spatial and temporal correlation of radar data.
We need a review of currently available methods for Radar Data Compression using lossless and lossy methods and a model (could be Octave, Matlab, Python) of the codec for spatial and temporary correlated 1D or 2D input data sets.
The model has to be validated on a set of test scenarios and, eventually, real data
