ROS Programming/Robotic Programming for human spatial cognition - Rates Negotiable and Depending

Currently working on my PhD in Architecture remotely from London, UK to develop robots to investigate human spatial cognition. Would really like to gain some technical expertise in programming and using the platform to develop my own robot for this investigation. A plus if someone possesses a strong understanding of cognitive/neurocomputational modelling. These needs could change and would be great if this can be a developing thing. Be great to also gain practical insights into C++ and other languages, working with Visual Studio Community.
