REST API using PUT method - Using Data File via FTP
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need someone that has a very good understanding on retrieve data from a CSV by making a slight modification that's located in a FTP Server. I need that data to be applied within a REST API using PUT method. I want this to be automated through a cloud using either Azure preferably or AWS.
API Rate Limit: The maximum number of API calls per second is 2 API requests. ( 1 API request = 50 Products)
My goal is to have 100,000+ records process through the API no more than 20min

I believe Python would be the best solution to completing this project. Other coding language is welcomed as long they can complete this task based on my requirement.
