Chat app is live
We use Admin panel , for our Workers(Moderators) to interact with our subscribers (from the android app).
Means We need to Assign incoming chats to an active worker/moderator online , all incoming chat to be on the QUEUE and if incoming chat is not replied after 5 minutes, it must be assigned or forwarded to another Workers(Moderators) which is more Active online.
