1.) URLs currently scrapes I1, I2. Expand this so i can have a list or dictionary of paths to scrape
2.) Fix the ValueError: ndarray is not C-contiguous error
3.) Replace the test set with https://www.football-data.co.uk/fixtures.csv and make predictions
My budget is 30$ max.
