Question generation API using efficient model (T5 or BERT or ChatGPT)

I am looking for a question generation code using efficient models such as T5 transformer or BERT or ChartGPT2 etc. I need question types that includes True or False, MCQs (with 5 options), matching (7 options) and SAQ. There should be also facility to train the model by importing some sample questions. The interface should contain to receive api request and respond in suitable manner. I am planning to host it in GCloud therefore the apps should be dockerised. Only serious developers with previous experience.
