Question Answering ML Project

I want a Question & Answer based system in python where a user will upload a document (A pdf file) containing some information and when a user will ask questions related to it, the system should be able to answer those queries. For instance, if the PDF file is of a product and it contains information on how to install it on Windows and if I ask the model 'Can I install it on Windows?', it should be able to answer that question correctly, along with the snippet from the PDF.
