Pythorch REST API and frontend

we are searching a freelance for develop a web server that use python, pytorch, HTML5 and javascript and implement the interface for Labeling, Train and Status of a image processing D.L. system (classification,object detection,anomaly detection and segmentation) . The server must to implement also a REST API for train and Infer a model from a remote application.
