Python Based Crypto Bot Development

I'm in need of a Python expert who can develop a sophisticated cryptocurrency bot. This bot will be interfacing with multiple exchanges including Coinbase and Kraken. The goal is to create a bot using Python that can identify crypto trading arbitrage opportunities, sign in to the relevant websites, and buy/sell the crypto as per the opportunities presented. I also need the bot to maintain a log of transactions on an Excel sheet, including details such as where the transaction was executed, the amount, and the timestamp. Additionally, I would like the bot to track price changes on the websites and avoid placing transactions if the prices change from what was presented from the arbitrage opportunity.
