Python with Websockets (OR) FIX API

Python with Websockets and or FIX API. Goal
- take stream of data using websockets
- Extract relevant information from this data - numerical values basically
- Do some computation on this data
- And then Plot it - basically this would be a plot which could refresh every (minute) or something or as new data is coming in realtime. I am not familiar with realtime plotting in python so you as a Python expert has to figure out the libraries and methods as to how to do this.
Ideally for someone using Python/Websockets/FIX API for years.
