Python web software

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a Python web software for me. The main aim of this software is to enable data analysis and produce automated tasks within the program. I need a login, contact form, User roles and permissions, mail functionality and converted to pdf & excel. Please help me with uploading to the server too. I have compiled a list of specific tasks that I want automated and the timeline for completion that I am aiming for is more than 4 weeks. Therefore, I need someone who can commit to this project and deliver the results in a timely manner. The software should be reliable, robust and able to handle data efficiently.
