Python web application to register employee attendance with QR code.
We are looking for a skilled freelancer to develop a web application on Python for our business that will track and manage employee attendance.
The application has administrative access for managing employee information, such as their photo, name, and days of annual leave. It also allows administrators to set salaries and bonuses, which are calculated per minute worked, and to edit check-in and check-out times.
The application also has a human resources component, allowing moderators and administrators to track employee absences, mark days as paid or unpaid leave, and upload supporting documents.
The registration and unsubscribe page allow employees to scan their QR code to check-in and check-out. If an invalid QR code is scanned, the application will indicate this and sound an error signal.
In addition, administrators can set the start and end times for the workday, as well as breaks, and mark public holidays and non-working days. This ensures that employees are accurately tracked for the hours they work and the hours they are on leave.
Overall, our web application provides an easy and efficient way for businesses to track employee attendance and manage payroll.
All text should be in one file to be easy for us to translate to Bulgarian. It should be easy for us to add another language. Because some of our employees don’t speak English.
