Python web app migration from one server and domain to another server and new domain

I have an existing site at uclipboard .com which i would like to have working to a new domain (on different hosting provider). Need to resetup using Setup Python App in Cpanel as well.
App needs to work the exactly the same way on the new domain (some code updates required).
Also need you to provide step by step instruction on doing this process again later.
Will hire again for further python work if this intro job is satisfactory.
