Python web app for Robinhood.com - must need it in a day

Hello. I am looking for a app which can work with https://robinhood.com/ to buy or sell a fractional share of a stock. For example i want to buy .0005/1 share of TSLA but i want to now multiple that order automatically by 2000, so 2000 buy orders for .0005 of TSLA shares.

I want this web app with interface which I guess will run using local host (I am not sure), I don't want to do these things with command line interface with Python as shown in the video below. So an easy to use interface is required.

If you are expert, I guess it will not take more then 1 hour, anyhow. Note that I want it done in a day. Also you have to tech me step by step with screen sharing that how I can install and use the web app which you will make.
