Python video automation AI + Machine Learning

Hello,

I am looking for someone who would be able to generate a PYTHON code using an API to get VIDEOS/Images/gifs related to the audio and integrate them inside the video.

in brief, using Python only :
- Searching videos/images/gifs related to the audio
- Integrating them during the video in function of the video
- Exporting video

Being short my budget, one friend was able to code me the below steps but missing the most important one with Images/Videos integration.


Let me clearly detail what I need and let me know if you are able to do it yes or no.

My project would be to get a code in Python being able to get Images/Videos about audio already existing and display them during the video.


1. It needs to go inside the correct folder and get the Audio file (can be requested and I ll give it the information).
It goes in the correct directory/folder then takes the audio file (if needed the text file of what the speech is saying exist as well we can use it)

2. Create a video starting 2/3 sec before the audio start in order to display a title.
It takes the audio, for instance if the audio is 1min then it will start 2 seconds before the video will be 1min02sec to let 2 seconds to display the title of the video.

3. Integrate videos/images (obtain via internet/ AI / Machine learning…) related of the audio and if possible make them change with a transition, knowing that videos/images should be in the video format which is for 1080x1920.
In function of the audio file, the code is going to search for Videos/images related to it and adapt the size to be in a format of 1080x1920.
It needs to make images move as in the video I am going to share it below, make transitions and integrate few moments of videos if needed or at least only images but high quality ones.

4. Add a background music (can be specified and location given but optional for the user if he does not want to insert background music).
If we wants, we can indicate in the code to go in a specific path/folder to get a background music.
--> BEING DONE

5. (Not mandatory otherwise I could find a way to do it), if user wants to integrate subtitle to connect to an API and create in the low part of the screen subtitle adapted
If we want, we can say to the code then ok add the subtitles to this video.

6. Export output movie inside a specific folder on my laptop
--> DONE

As you can see like everything was done but only the integration of videos + images and their transitions is needed but this is the most important.

Do you think you are sufficiently pro. and good to do something as requested ?
