Python using webull api - mac OS (pycahrm)

Webull API need development in MAC OS.
have to register own webull account for testing ( I cannot proivde you account)

there is app key and secret key required, refer to https://developer.webull.hk/api-doc/prepare/start

before the program.
1. user set the MA i want to check.
2. list of stocks.
3. position amount to buy.
4. and say from below ma 20 to above ma 20 (break) , bought, and then above ma20 to below ma20, close all poistion , and then short sell the same poisition . ( could i choose to just close all the position , OR close poistion+short sell the same among? )
like these parameters, can all amend before the program run ? it will not change after the program start.
1. when stock price break ma20 will buy $2000 (user pre-select) position , and when drop below ma20 will sell all position,
2. when stock price drop below ma20 (close position , and user choose at program start whether to add short sell same amount position),
anytime when stock price rise above ma20 , will buy back all position.
