Python/unix/powersehll - whatsapp message search and scrap.

I am looking for an expert to write a python code or shell script or power sehll. here is what my requirements are.
1. when i execute python/unix code it will search all my whatsapp messages (time based search, we will pass start and end date). may be we can pass the whatsapp backup file to this code. .
2. scrape group links from the messages.
3. exclude some group links with specific group name pattern.
4. send the distinct output to a file.
