Python unit test cases.

I am looking for a Python developer to write unit test cases for a relatively simple codebase. Need to know how to create python code and apply pandas new version. with out failing any packages. I have very specific requirements for these unit test cases. I am seeking a developer with experience in Python unit testing and a strong understanding of software testing principles. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and have excellent problem-solving skills.
