Python 3 twisted application update

We have a Python3 application using Twisted framework.
This application serves as an interface with IOT devices via TCP connection.
We need to update to adapt it to the new protocol version.
We will provide the actual code to be modified with the protocol API documentation.
We will setup a test server and test devices (one for every type) for the developer to check if the application works.
After that step, we will test the application by ourselves for 10 days and require any fix for the discovered issues or declare the project as completed.
