Python trading bot

I want a bot that trades SPY, SPX, and QQQ. I would like it to trigger from a TradingView webhook and input a take profit and stop loss order automatically. I would like this to either have an interface where these values can be easily customized or be available on a website. User should be able to connect their broker.
