Python scripting & Lambda (Web scrapping)

I am looking for a Python developer with experience in web scraping and Lambda to help me with my project. The goal of this project is to scrape any website with publicly available data. I am not sure if I need data cleaning and processing after web scraping, so I would appreciate some advice on this matter. The desired output format for the scraped data is currently undecided. The ideal candidate for this job should have experience in mentioned technologies:

- Lambda function development
