Python script to process HTML and extract data

I am looking for an experienced Python coder to create a script that will extract data from HTML and add it to an existing file in CSV format. Please find attached the format of the data output and the location of the items in the page.

The script should take this Excel file as input also and add new lines at each run (after deduplication).

To get the HTML, you can create a new account on the website and look for any freelancer profile and download the HML source code with your navigator.
