Python script to obtain Twitter tweets

I need a Python script, as simple as possible, that uses Tweepy or similar libraries to conform a csv file (or other suggested type of file) with tweets that meet specific criteria:

- Specific key words
- Date range
- Region
- Language
- Likes
- Retweets

A second part of the job will requiere sentiment analysis.
