Python script to monitor lan

I need a Python script to monitor lan and show popup if any host join or left le lan + send alert to mail, must run in parrot os with mate desktop, must be a GUI to configure the next options: run on startup, time intervals to ping the lan, alerts font size, color and different subnets and ip ranges.
