Python script to import rows into a AWS dynamoDB -- 2

I need a Python script designed to import rows from a CSV source into an AWS DynamoDB. It should be able to handle potential updates to existing records in the database, although we are not sure if this will be necessary. The project must be completed within a week of starting.
