Python script for iRedMail which reads the mail

I need a Python script that reads all the incoming mails in my iRedMail for certain keywords. If keywords are found then send those words to 3rd Party API. And after reading the mail and scanning for keywords it should send back mail to my inbox using dovecot LDA command.
