Python script for MongoDB

The request is to create a program in Python with a small and simple GUI that is able to connect to MongoDB and perform the same query among all the collections specified in a Json file.
I’m collecting lots of data from a website trough API and store those in MongoDB into several collection.
I have the possibility to export the data after applying a filter.
But I have to repeat the process manually for each collection.
