Python script to download 10K and 10Q SEC filings into txt files

I am looking for a skilled Python developer to create a script that will download 10K and 10Q SEC filings into text files. The specific requirements for the project are as follows:

Use this: FROM sec_api import QueryApi

Please implement as a CoLab script.

Downloading SEC Filings:
- The script should be able to download both 10K and 10Q SEC filings.
- The script should download any available filings (thousands for each year) which are not already stored on disk. The filings already stored locally should not be requested or downloaded.

Date Range:
- The downloaded filings should cover the last 10 years.

Organization of Downloaded Filings:
- All downloaded filings should be organized in two folders per year, one for the 10Q and one for 10K. 20 folders total.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Familiarity with web scraping and data extraction.
- Experience working with SEC filings or financial data would be a plus.
