Python script to create and load excel files to Oracle

I am looking for a Python developer to create a script that will migrate data from Excel sheets into tables into an Oracle database using cx_oracle. Will need to create one table per excel sheet. And ensure validation of column names and table creation convention. Further detail requirements attached. Sample data with 3 sheets attached. Further work will continue for successful developer.
