Python script to create a Reinforcement Learning model for a game

I need someone with good track record of implementing Reinforcement Learning in python.I am looking for a freelancer to make a RL script to perfectly play my pygame. Kindly note some part of project is already developed and you can continue from there but if someone of you guys think that can be done again from scratch with minimal time period, I am happy to discuss with you guys.
