Python script to connect excel and SQL Database

I am looking for a Python script that can connect an Excel file to a MySQL database. The script should have both import and export functionality, allowing me to import data from Excel to the database and export data from the database to Excel.
The script should specifically be designed to work with a MySQL database.
Additionally, I have a specific format in mind for the Excel data that will be imported and exported.
