Python script to bulk push contacts & leads from Google Drive CSV to Close CRM via API and save the records to SQLite DB

I am looking for a Python developer to create a script that will allow me to bulk push contacts and leads from a Google Drive CSV file to my Close CRM platform via API. I also need the records to be saved in a SQLite DB. My priority is speed of implementation, so I need someone who can work efficiently and quickly. I prefer Python 3.x for this project, and I require logging functionality to ensure that any errors are properly tracked. The ideal candidate for this job will have experience with API integrations, Python 3.x, and logging.
