Python resume parser

Hello everyone,
We are looking for a Python developer to help us with the development of a script to make a resume parser
We want the python script to be able to read a curriculum in *.pdf or *.docx format (the curriculum format will always be different) and be able to export it in the following JSON format https://jsonresume.org/schema/ or in csv format with the same fields.
We do not seek to make use of an external tool with extra cost, however we could consider it if the cost is low.
