Python project to save file and print in xml or csv using design patterns -- 3

I want to open a simple user interface that will allow users to open the file dialogue box, save file dialogue and output the format of the saved file in CSV or txt file using design patterns. And please specify the design pattern and where it was used. python code must-have design pattern
