Python project to load files using design patterns

I want to open a simple user interface that will allow users to open the file dialogue box, save file dialogue and output the format of the saved file in CSV or txt file using design patterns. And please specify the design pattern and where it was used. python code must-have design pattern
The txt or CSV file should have the following information
1. date, time speed, distance description
