Python project fork: Make RTL support, Cardview and deploy on DigitalOcean

I'm seeking for a developer to modify a fork as below requirements:

The project: https://github.com/Phuks-co/throat

RTL:
The modifications must support RTL language when implemented without any issues.

CardView:
Make CardView for the post listing (each post has it own box, make the thumbnail and text bigger) see this project: https://poal.co/

Deploy on DigitalOcean:
deploy the project on DigitalOcean and make sure the website is fully funcational.

What i will provide?
- .PO file of RTL language
- DigitalOcean VPS to deploy the project.
- SMTP server credentials
