Python project app Windows

My project is to create a Python app to run on Windows, with a main focus on GUI development. I have some ideas for the user interface, but I am open to suggestions as well.
I need an app to compile for windows, which has login control and CRUD for users and user profile.
Tabs that can be accessed according to the user's profile are also needed.
Dabase is mySQL in cloud.
The timeline for the project is more than two weeks. As part of the project, I need help with the data manipulation and analysis, web scraping and automation, as well as GUI development required for the app. I am looking for someone experienced in these areas to bring this project to a successful completion.
