Python AI/ML project -- 2

I actually need a flask web api protected via key that serves AI/ML text related tasks.

Tasks must support Italian & English languages. Datasets & Models must be 100% custom and only based on 1.000.000+ samples.

Tasks that must be supported:
- Abstractive keywords extraction from text
- Abstractive summarization from text
- Text paraphrase / rewrite
- Title generation from text
- Questions generation from text
- Answer to questions from text

Type of questions that must be generated & answered to:

- W questions (Who, Why, Where, When, What, How)
- Boolean questions
- Blank spaces text
