Python programming on Plant detection

there is a camera on rover which travels on the filed, the camera has to recognize the center point of plant of different sizes and shape. the point should be located at the center of two triangles as it is shown in image
Tasks:
- camera should open through program
- create a point at the center of plant in red color.
- image should be saved in a folder where there is a red point.
