Python program that emulates an MQTT devices, sniffs the network and splits the MQTT messages into packets and saves the packets into a csv file (dataset).

I am looking for an experienced programmer who can help me create a system that emulates an MQTT device, sniffs the network of the device and captures the traffic, and saves the packets into a csv file (dataset). Its important that one or two attacks are executed to affect the traffic. This project requires that the programmer uses Python as the programming language and the MQTT protocol standard. Once the program is complete it should generate a CSV file that can be used for further analysis and machine learning model testing. There is a github project that is very similar to this, which i will link to you and you can use it for reference. I will give you the dataset that the model was trained on so the captured traffic can be similar. This project should be completed in a timely and efficient manner. If you are an experienced programmer who has an understanding of MQTT, Python and csv files, I would love to hear from you.
