Python program to separate the icons and text part of an image and store in separate folders along with its coordinates

I need a python programmer who can help me to separate each of the icons and the texts of an interface(Google Interface ) and store each of the text part in one folder along with its respective coordinates and store each the icon part in another folder along with its respective coordinates. It will be helpful if you have prior knowledge on image processing and data abstraction. Here I have attached the interface to be worked on.
