The project is dedicated to estimating prototype stability based on the extended Arrhenius equation - so-called ASAP (Accelerated Stability Assessment Program).
Experience in: coding, statistical analysis, kinetics, stability as well mathematical models evaluation.
Equation:
ln k = ln A – Ea/RT + B(ERH)

What I need:
Code is written in Python

Main goal: estimation of time required to reach specification limit (limit: np. 0.25%)

addition 1: solve equation based on multiple conditions results (results in % ; e.g. 0.15%). R = gas constant; K (temperature in Kelvins) and ERT (humidity in %) is given (conditions), lnk = result from given conditions (%); unknown: ln A; Ea; B

addition 2: statistical analysis of equation and "best" model fitting

addition 3: additional option to estimate the influence of temperature excursion on equation result (eg. how 48h at 50C influence on the long term stability of sample at conditions 25C/60% RH - how lnk will change? )
