Python program for making Karaoke Video using Image and text

I am looking for a Python programmer to create a karaoke video using images and text. The desired output format for the video is MP4. I would prefer to use the OpenCV/MoviePy library or framework for the program. The karaoke video should include lyrics highlighting, where the lyrics are highlighted as they are sung. Additionally, I would like the fonts and colors to be customizable. Basic video effects like transitions and animations would be a plus. Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Proficiency in Python programming language
- Experience with OpenCV/MoviePy library or framework
- Knowledge of video editing and effects
