I am looking for a skilled Python developer who can create a program to detect trucks and check if they are positioned in the center from the left and right side. The program should be moderately accurate in its detection and positioning.
The program should take video url as input and reply TRUE or FALSE and can be called through API or Socket.

Purpose:
- The purpose of checking the truck's position is for weighbridge.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language
- Experience in computer vision and image processing
- Knowledge of OpenCV library for object detection

- Understanding of geometric calculations for positioning assessment
