Python program to cut audio file into small files using timestamps

we have an audio file & that audio file needs to be cut into multiple small audio files based on starting & ending timestamps.
In a Note pad we will give you Starting & Ending timestamps, You have to read them.
Cut the give audio file between that starting & ending timestamp & save it with file name give right after the timestamp.
they should be saved into same folder.
