Python program to correctly detect the text and images in an image of a complex interface and separate each of the detected objects and store it in the separate folders along with its coordinates in one csv file .

I need a python programmer who can correctly detect the text and image(including icons) region precisely of an image of a complex interface and extract all the text and image and save it in the separate folders, i.e image in image folder and texts in text folder. Also all the coordinates of the detected image(including icons) and text are to be saved in their respective folder. It is to be noted that for all the extracted texts the coordinates should be saved in the single csv file and same goes for the extracted image
