Python program to classify waste using machine learning algorithms

Need a Python program to classify waste using machine learning algorithms. Tensorflow, Flask or Django, CSS for GUI must be used. The program should ask to upload waste images and submit them. Then it should display the results as a table with information about whether it is organic or recyclable, if recyclable then what categories like plastic, metal, paper, glass..., other details like classification report and probability score also desired in the table. The results windows should be nice and professional.
The dataset will be provided.
The code must not be copied and pasted from other sources. But rather modified and left references.
