Python problem involving implement Hierholzer's algorithm to find a Euler circuit.

In this problem you will implement Hierholzer's algorithm to find an Euler circuit in a connected graph where all vertices have even degree. This will be implemented by modifying a Python class called Euler provided in this problem. Euler is one of an existing set of Python classes that support graphs and circuits and that are also provided in this assignment.
